So much to explore in Albufeira, but try some other beaches in Algarve too, especially Praia Dona Ana (Lagos) and Praia da Rocha (near Portimão) just beautiful! Great day out to Lisbon through guided bus tour. Have a wonderful time!

The apartment had everything we needed and the pool area was nicely maintained. 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Overall excellent week holiday and it was our first trip to Portugal.

Thanks a lot. PS beware cheap car hire - better to use a reputable company. Also you must go to Zoomarine (but get a taxi approx €15 each way) pay on gate. Don't bother with trips they are more expensive!! Feliz natal e bon ano novo.

Excellent beaches ate like pigs. Found local transport regular and cheap. How many shops can Faro have!! And only €3.50 on local transport. Yippee!! Going home very Mellow, had a great time. Might bring the kids next time!!!!
